And groups like Bini use the Island OPM style more and have been true pinoy music since “Da Coconut Nut”. Most of the rest are pinoys doing kpop & j-pop.
Not against duality but the island songs like Salamat, Pantropiko , Lagi, Maharani are my fave bc pinoy culture is island style. Kpop rips from Latin pop & they will from ph island opm style when that gets more popular.

Pop music usually sounds the same but with various techniques to it. Whether kpop, ppop, jpop, etc, it's all pop. 🙂
