Replacing the driver side window must be the BIGGEST pain on this car

For window it's easy loosen the two brackets what hold the glass and the window will pop right out

from side big hole hook up power and move to where glass is don't for get to line up holes

I can't get the old one out. Everything is loose but it's like a Chinese puzzle to get past the glass/holes/etc. Just pop the window out entirely?
