I made the cake and i popped it in the freezer for 4 hours cause i needed to decorate it fast. It started melting like a waterfall in the first 10 Minutes outside on the Kirchen counter while I Was decorating.. How should I fix it?
Hmm.. I don't know what you did wrong. Make sure you use good-quality chocolate and you whip the cream to soft peaks. Also, make sure you dissolve gelatin over low heat.

Not Oreos this time, but you can definitely try it out with Oreo crust and make it a no-bake dessert.
