I honestly love the pops and buildings in Imperator, I think this could have been one of Paradox's best games if they didn't abandon it.

Vic 3 is unplayable on 1.4, gotta do it on 1.3.6 sadly, however Imperator Rome is a lot of fun? But needs lots of rules too otherwise you will have 2 million barbarian migrating hordes going to india through Tibet xD
