To be loved treasures
What an adventure filled week. Glad things sort of went well with your Dad. My test results for my lymph nodes etc., all came back cancer free, and they got all the cancer from my ear. Some big incisions to heal, but very good news! So glad Fudge is well too! Besides all that, I love what you are doing with your piece. I absolutely love your color pattern and collaging! May you have a quieter week this next one!❤
Oh so please to hear that.. you have been in my prayers and thoughts.. enjoy your week stitching…lol it fixes everything I reckon
@@tobelovedtreasuresbycorrine you and your Dad will continue to be in my prayers and thoughts!
Wow your piece is going to be beautiful as always. Sounds like a busy hectic week stitching will help bring some calm. Absolutely love your stories and I have 4 cats couldn't imagine them getting outside on me. We call it Queen Anne's Lace also.🇨🇦
Thank you! 😊
What an adventure the past week has been for you. Glad your Dad is doing good. My Dad was a farmer/rancher, so I know how they think when they just want get on with the farming even after a medical procedure! Glad Fudgey was rescued. It's amazing what we go through sometimes for our fur babies. Your work is amazing, and I love to watch your videos. I have been going back and watching your previous ones. Goodness, they are so good and your work is beautiful. Best wishes, Suzie
Ah thanks for your kind words..
New to your great work. Love that blue piece of fabric with the white flowers and the compositions 😊
Thanks so much! 😊 welcome to my world..
Oh Corrine! You always make me laugh the way you tell your stories! Happy to hear your dad is on the mend and is recovering well.
I could relate to your dad’s behavior. Few years ago, I came home from a 6-day stay in the hospital after neurosurgery. Right after arriving home, I was horrified when I looked at the garden, the flower/plants and vegetables seem like they were so thirsty and dry! I felt it was my fault that they were not watered for 6 days. Something came over me , I pulled the heavy water hose, and I started watering the plants, forgetting at that time, that I have a surgical wound on my back that was still healing. Ahhh, “old habits die hard” as they say.
Glad Fudgie is doing well after his night out.
Take care of yourself, Corrine. Good health to you.
Hugs.

Thanks Tess
Oh my goodness you could have substituted my name for yours when talking about your dad. “Bloomin farmers!” lol. And I loved that phrase, Bigger than Ben Hur. I loved watching you stitch but as I’m just seeing this now I’m off to watch this project start.
Love it.. Blooming farmers
Hi Corrine, so pleased your Dad os okay and Fudgy is safe.
I know exactly where you are coming from about worrying, i guess if its in your nature you can't help it.
My husband had to have a triple by pass earlier this year and with waiting for surgery and being transferred to Melb i was so worried and stressed to the max and there was nothing i could do. Think the lead up to any type of surgery is the worst, the waiting, oh my goodeness.
I couldnt even stitch.
He is well now and has gone back to work, only has 18 mths left till retirement and i cant wait, life is just too dam short, time to enjoy life, and ofcourse still worrying.
Like you said sewing with needle and thread is the best, settles the mind and the soul ❤
We are so blessed to have this hobby and be able to chat to each other,

You are so right, usually the things we worry about never happens . I really have found that stitching has kept my sanity. Thank you for being a wonderful inspiration. 🧵🪡♥️
We call that wild flower Queen Ann's Lace. I did that on my quilt. I'll post a picture of what I did in the group.
It was so pretty.. great flowers to stitch
We're women! We were built to worry and care. If we didn't nothing would get done and no one would be sitting in the "chop chop aisle" at the doctors office being fixed! (Looked like a machetti haha 🤣 🤣 🤣. Brilliant obsevation i think. Lolol ). So WELL DONE YOU!!❤❤❤❤. You have that beautiful caring nuturing and loving soul .......that just gets things done for people!!! We need lots of people like you in the world. Their are many of us and sometimes we need each other to keep each other grounded and say......youre doing all the right things....even with your worry. Good on ya girl. We're here all the way backing you up.
Dear little Fudge....oh pussycats can get themselves into trouble hey. 💞😸😸
Im a little late on a few of your videos (yes a little worry of my own lolol ) but love the outcomes of this piece. ❤❤❤
Sending a hug back to you! Thanks

👍🙋♀️💕🇺🇸
Glad to hear that your dad’s procedure went well and I hope he’s being sensible. I also hope that your friend is not disappointed/appalled by his trip home to Scotland. Speaking as a Scot who still lives here, it’s changed a lot over the years and not.. always for the better … I love cow parsley. Another name for it is Queen Anne’s lace so - and I know that you don’t need an excuse - but you could go daft with lace on this page. 😂
Hi Corrine, I've been watching all your videos and trying to catch up. Love all your work and love spending time with you while I stitch too. Can you tell me which video show's you stitching the flowers on the other page you have on the screen with the butterfly. I've been all through this challenge but couldn't find it. Many thanks, Suzanne
Thanks so much 😊 for your kind words.. they are all number . I may not have shown it. Somethings I selected the threads and then stitch it off camera
Think the fudge knew you needed to take your mind off your dad! 😂😂 😵💫🥺😫😤😳🙃🤬cat !!!
Maybe he is that smart.. lol
You can use modgepodge or watered down pva glue
Yeah that also works well.. I like my glue stick!
Where is the link that you spoke about please?
