मैं जब 10 साल का ही था तब सौरव गांगुली के बारे में रेडीओ पे सुना करता था की उन्हो ने पाँच बिलकुल बिनअनुभवी खिलाड़ीओ को टीम में सामेल कर के बड़ा ज़ूआ खेला है ... वो पाँच खिलाड़ी भी बारबार निष्फल रहने के बावजूद भी गांगुली उनकी जगह दूसरे खिलाड़ीओ को नहि लेते थे ... इससे बहौत नाराज़गी देश के क्रिकेट प्रेमीओ में फैल गई थी ... लेकिन गांगुली ने तो वही की वही टीम बरक़रार रखी । नतीजा ये आया की भारत 2002 में Net West ट्रोफ़ी और 2003 में वर्ल्डकप फ़ाइनल तक की सफ़र और 2011 World Cup जिताने में वही खिलाड़ीओ का बड़ा योगदान रहा । ये खिलाड़ी थे - सहवाग, युवराज, ज़हीर, हरभजन, और नेहरा ।
ये एक टीम लीडर के आधार पर और एक लम्बे visionary के रूप में समजाना । बहौत मज़ा आएगा ।🙏🏻

Vivek sir I'm big fan of your lectures, you always inspire, educate and agitate to our conscience. As per my point of view we are facing 99% problem because of lack of spiritual and cultural knowledge and low moral values/sanskar in basic school curriculum and parents. i.e. A leader is unable to take right decision, a manufacturer or producer doesn't care about people's health. Education system to be based on Geeta principles and law of nature which no need to be changed including I-phone, range rover tech which should be change according tech development.

I think somethings that can improve this system is
1) there are many colleges for MBA, IIT , and for all these fields ..
2) best colleges should be provided for every field not only to produce doctors and engineers but also fashion designers , etc. .
3) parents should not force their child to do what they want ... Child should follow this own passion ..
4) most important thing is that in schools and colleges marks are getting very importance which is not good .. technology should be introduced students should get the chance to learn throw animated videos, projects, practical and case studies should get some more importance ..

Students passionate tb honge jb teachers eligible ho unke curiosity ko satisfy krne k layak ho... n ye curiosity ko teachers KG1 KG2 me hi khatam kr dete hai..dikkat school teachers k sath hai... school management k sath hai...colllege students ko recruit krte hai for teaching primary classes...which is affordable for them but ruins a students' capacity n curiosity in long run....

I know why you talking like this theory is not links with practical because u didn't understand that deeply . You're studied for the grades and good marks not for the life like most of the people. That's why you can't apply the theory in real world. Even therory is just a mathematical version of practical . let's take a very much basic example (a^2 = b^2 + c^2) almost all the people that Learn in 6 or 7 standard ,but they don't know what it is ... how to apply in real world they just memorize it and get good mark never try to understand what it is... And that's is problem all the things are excuse...

आज शिक्षा सभी बच्चों के लिए बोझ बन गया है । आज हम बच्चों को शिक्षा इसलिए देते है कि अगर यह पढ़ेगा नही तो जीवन में कुछ कर नही पाएगा, जिसके चक्कर में हम शुरूआत से ही बच्चों के पीछे पड़ जाते है । इस तरह आज के बच्चे किताबी कीड़े तो बन जाते है, लेकिन संस्कार और संस्कृति से दूर होते रहते है और अंत मे अच्छी शिक्षा के बावजूद भी किताबी ज्ञान होने की वजह से अच्छी नौकरी नही मिल पाती । ज्यादा पैसों के लालच मे वे विदेश निकल जाते है और अपनी संस्कृति का पता न होने की वजह से दूसरे की संस्कृति मे रंग जाते है और बेहतर education व competition के चक्कर मे संस्कार तो हमने दिया ही नही था ।
जिस वजह से हमारे बच्चे हमसे ही हमेशा के लिए दूर हो जाते है । अपने माँ-बाप, अपने समाज व देश को सदा के लिए छोड़कर चले जाते हैं ।
आज मैकाले शिक्षा पद्धति ने हमारे युवा पीढ़ी को (संस्कृति) खतम कर दिया है और television ने हमारे (संस्कार) समाज को।
हमे ऐसा कुछ करना पड़ेगा जिससे हमारे बच्चे बिना किसी डर व झिझक के अपने मनचाहे क्षेत्र मे खूब तरक्की कर सके और अपने संस्कृति व संस्कार से भी जुड़े रहे, जिससे वे अपने देश व parents को छोड़कर ना जाए।
ऐसा तभी संभव होगा जब इस देश में गुरुकूल शिक्षा पद्धति लागू होगी ।एक यही तरीका है जिससे हम अपने आने वाली पीढ़ी को व अपने देश को सुदृढ़, सुव्यवस्थित, संगठित एवं स्वयं प्रभुता बना सकते है और फिर से हम अपने भारतवर्ष को विश्व गुरु बना पाएंगे ।
हमारी संस्कृति व शिक्षा पद्धति कितनी उन्नत थी और है आज यह साबित हो चुका है । सन 1700 ईस्वी के पहले विश्व व्यापार में हम अकेले 30% की हिस्सेदारी रखते थे जबकि उस समय ना तो हमारे पास आधुनिक अभिशाप था और ना ही हमारी पिछड़ी परम्परा ।
जब हमे सुपर कम्प्यूटर की जरूरत थी तब भी हमने अपने स्वदेशी तकनीक से ही महा सुपर कम्प्यूटर बनाया था। जिसने हमे मना किया था बाद मे वही हमसे हमारा कम्प्यूटर मांगने आया।
आज हमारा ISRO भी अपने बल बूते ही पूरे ब्रह्माण्ड में अपना परचम लहरा रह है।
हमारी भाषा इतनी वैज्ञानिक और उन्नत है कि आज विश्व भर में संस्कृत भाषा के school aur university खुल रहे है।
आज NASA के वैज्ञानिक स्वयं संस्कृत सीख रहे है क्योंकि पूरे ब्रह्माण्ड में एक मात्र संस्कृत ही एक ऐसी भाषा है जिससे अंतरिक्ष में संदेश भेजने पर अर्थ सही रहता है ।
इतनी उन्नत सभ्यता, और संस्कृति के बावजूद हम उनसे दूर होते जा रहे हैं । हमे अपने आपको पहचानना होगा अपने संस्कृति मे वापस लौटना होगा तभी हम मैकाले के उस कथन को गलत साबित कर पाएंगे - यहाँ जन्म लेने वाले केवल शरीर से भारतीय होंगे, दिमाग से नहीं । दिमाग से अंग्रेज , जिंदगी भर हमारे गुलाम ।

Education is not just about training students for a job, it is much more than that. NCF Policy is directed towards making students develop academic calibre. So I feel businesses should unnecessarily stop lecturing policymakers about what good education is, which according to them is to manufacture loyal competent workers. Also for a society to flourish, arts education is no less important than professional courses. Society needs education in a democratic way which the people with profit-seeking consciousness might find theoretical.
