FYI....ELF has a rectangular tin with a color switch sponge perfect for travel and it's 3-4$$$!!! It's the size of the old cover girl eye shadow palettes from back in the day
I think you did well picking items for someone who loves makeup so much! My travel makeup bag has gotten so tiny over the years. Ive finally realized, i dont wear a ton of makeup daily and im definitely not going to wear when i travel. I pack concealer, powder, blush, highlighter, a supershock shadow, maybe a BYOP of 2-3 singles, mascara, lip gloss.
I leave in a few days for a ten day trip. I am trying to really be realistic with my makeup because I ALWAYS OVERPACK. Not just makeup and skincare, but everything. So I know I am sticking to tinted spf for normal day wear and a more high end foundation for dinners, etc. Also, setting spray (Ben NYE which is like hairspray for makeup 😂). Other than that, I need to think on it. Lean towards less is more! I will try. No promises! 😂
I’m about to embark on a 5-6 wk trip where I must pack light with only 1 duffle bag. I won’t need much makeup, mostly low key looks, but I can’t go that long without skin care!!!! Thanks for the tips… wish me luck!
These palettes (as well as my hard sided suitcase) are built for travel so they are super sturdy! Made it all they way from US to Europe and back with zero issues 🥳
I travel often enough that I have a small makeup bag dedicated to travel that I stays packed and I don’t have to add anything to it. I just change out the mascara mini every few months. Those mini Lorac and Viseart palettes are PERFECT for travel so I keep them in the bag. I also have a carryon-sized clear bag for skincare/liquids that also stays packed. I find this so much easier than repacking for every trip. Lazy girl all the way! 😂
I wish that I could use deodorants like Lume or Native because people rave about them. How do folks tolerate underarm wetness (especially in warm weather)? I have to use an "antiperspirant". Besides feeling uncomfortable, there are embarrassing wet stains on my shirts if I do not use it. Especially for working in an office, this just won't cut it.
I love to use gift set/GWP/deluxe mini size products for travel. Even if they're not my usual products, it's just so convenient!

I love these videos. It’s so cool to see what people take on their trips and their packing styles!
Now i need to hoard up on the travel size elf woah glow sunscreen
Lume cream deodorant is amazing
It's really the only thing that works for me over the last 2ish years!
Am I only the one who bubble wraps their eyeshadow and face palettes when bringing makeup in a luggage bag? 😆

I keep my makeup boxes and just put them back in for travel.
Yep I bubble wrap sometimes! I keep the cute bubble wrap from odens eye for this reason ☺️
I do 😁 Amd/or I pack my makeup bag cushioned between my clothes so that it would be totally safe.
I always pack more than I need. I never use half the stuff I pack.❤😎
Great job. I loved this video. Did you ned a makeup mirror?❤
