I told my friends about the smiler and we were al so exited for it to open .are guides told us that we were having a trip to allotment towers and camping out we were amazed it was going to be incredible . @Alton Towers, I know that IMAscore released part of The Smiler soundtrack, but some people (myself included) would like a full release of the soundtrack, would it be possible that you could release the full 20 min track? :D
As in it would beat many other coasters in the world, which it has. If you're trying to make a joke about the crash A: you're really sick B: it wasn't the rides fault

Obviously there is something wrong with the ride - there have been many technical & physical problems. Alton Towers can't then go "well, we did a ton of calculations and steady construction, so let's just focus on that and shut up".
It was the first ever Infinity Coaster by Gertlauer, and whenever there's a first there'll always be reliability issues. Especially since the Smiler has 5 trains to maintain and two lifthills all filled with tons of moving parts and sensors. If any of these wear down or detect an issue the ride will stop itself and need to be shut down temporarily. Plus the sheer amount of inversions the Smiler has makes key components wear down much faster than on other rides
People were giving up we kept going the tencinalcal differ culy had finished we kept moving then there was a voice he said it AGIN then we waited for 40 mins and it was over then we walked into a room with Ellison all over the wall the voice said it agin we were stuffed in a hot room all dizzy and costfobic we were in there for a hour we finally said the ride was ok we when on it and its AMZING weren't sore if there was more differ cults

I personally don't think that it should have re-opened considering the level of disrespect that brings to those injured in the accident. However to each their own, we all have opinions and therefore should not be spiteful to those whom have opinions which differ from that of our own.
The Black Hole was old and costly to maintain, and was shut due to health & safety reasons. They built the Smiler later on because the site was already free. And no the ride isn't dangerous, it was the operator who was dangerous
