In that case you put 0..Then a column would be full of zeroes..This is a drawback of Incidence matrix as you will not be able to know at which node the self loop is present. So you go for other types of matrices to store information

Yes. It is possible for two graphs to have same Incidence matrix. That property is known as 'Isomorphism' in Network Topology.
