This was the first big movie to release in theatres after the Pandemic.. they waited for the theatre to reopen coz Vijay and the crew wanted this to be a theatre experience.. and guess what, it brought back the audience to the movies, no surprise, it's Thalapathy who can do that..
Two of the best Thalapathy Vijay films are Kathi and Thuppaki...U should never miss it.Both the films are great and have a special place in the hearts of tamil film fans...But keep in mind that both are commercial films...I think u already had a poll among paruthi veeran and kathi..I thought u would review kathi..But still do watch it..Waiting for u review.
Lot of flavour of the Tamil classical & folk dance and musical forms/instruments which is very different to north indian systems. Much faster, high energy, rhythmic and a based on lower centre of gravity.
I think I’ve said this before but if you are going to see more Vijay films definitely check out: 1. Ghilli (2004) 2. Thuppakki (2012) 3. Thulladha Manamum Thullum (1999) 4. Nanban (2012) 5. Kushi (2000) 6. Poove Unakkaga (1996)
Master is the first movie to be released on theatres during pandemic(with only 50% occupancy in theatres). Every other movies released before were only in OTT. Vijay wants his fans to enjoy the movie in theatres so they pushed the release date 6 months late. Everyone has a doubt and said people mostly will not come to theatres due to pandemic and impact of OTT. But Master turned out to be a blockbuster hit.
