I agree! Gibbs had to know but at the same time he knew they both respected him too much to break his rules. However, if they were to have a relationship he would have supported them, not without warning Tony to be serious about it first
You know, I never could have survived watching NCIS in its pre-rerun era. I could not wait a week to find how an ordeal (a two part episode) turned out.
Honestly, the summer hiatuses used to feel like forever & it was kinda fun to have your theories. I feel like the worst wait was after seasons 5 and 6.
