I remember you guys kept talking about how there isn’t any korean food so much where you lived when you started making videos but now you have chimaek right next door! shows how much the korean culture is truly extending out and trying to be known not just for kpop but now giving the spotlight of the amazing food that they offer.. makes me proud- and im not even korean lol!

요즘 한국 음식이나 문화가 세계에 많이 알려지는데는 `영국남자` 채널의 영향도 크다고 저는 생각합니다. 조쉬와 올리에게 감사하네요.
단적으로 최근 유행했던 영상 중 `불닭볶음면 챌린지` 도 영국남자 채널에서 시작됬다 해도 과언이 아니죠... 덕분에 `한국인은 왜 이런걸 먹지?` 란 소릴 많이 듣긴 했지만 ㅋㅋ
그건 아닐것 같은데 시청자 대부분이 한국인 일듯한데요

교촌치킨의 일본 파트너사인 푸드플래닛은 지난해 9월 교촌치킨 일본 1호점인 롯폰기점을 폐점했다. 교촌치킨을 맛보기 위한 사람이 매번 줄을 섰지만 푸드플래닛의 부실한 재무상태 탓에 비싼 임대료와 관리비를 버티지 못하고 문을 닫았다. 푸드플래닛은 계약 당시 상장폐지를 앞두고 있을 만큼 재무상태가 좋지 않았다. 여기에 푸드플래닛의 전신인 이디콘트라이브는 외식사업 경험이 전무한 음반업체였다.
업계 전문가는 “MF의 경우 무엇보다 성실한 현지 파트너를 찾는 것이 중요한데 교촌치킨은 그러지 못했다”며 “결국, 성급한 해외사업 확장이 발목을 잡고 있다”고 설명했다.

In my opinion I think Korean food is growing more in popularity because kpop is growing in popularity as well. So the more people in other countries who discover these cool new foreign groups also discover the culture that goes with those groups as well and then they eventually fall in love with it and want more to do with it, etc. Plus Korean food is just soo damn delicious, like way would it not be popular? 😂

Starting watching you guys more while prepping (but low-key procrastinating) for my finals this past week, and I gotta say you're both awesome. Hilarious, fun to watch, and I love how you two always give credit to other youtubers and channels. You're always upfront about whether someone else has done it before, and you're very conscious about the possible effects of what you say (like if it's potentially offensive or something, etc.). I tried this today, the one in Russell Square. I love the soy garlic wings. Nice strong flavour and crispy. Also had the liquorice prawn and calamari and a ginger beer slush. Loved the experience. Will definitely go back again
