Nothing is more annoying than your long-time loved skin care product being replaced by something awful! I again got skin trouble from the cleanser, which is supposed to be for my skin type!
By the way, when I said "clumpy", I meant "lumpy". I mixed it up with the German word "klumpig"!

Did you notice that the new Clarins ones do not foam??? I have been using the old green one for 10 years and it was such a pleasant product. This new one is awful!!!!!! It does not foam at all and I have to use 3 times the amount of product that I used to use for my face to feel "clean". Anyone experienced this??

I chose to order the pink one and ended up really loving it, even more than the cottonseed because the creamy quality is helpful to avoid dryness, but still feels clean and fresh on my skin. Thank you so so much for this review. I too suffered the same drying feeling on my neck using the green one! I panicked because I thought, 'Am I really this old'? But I still continue and plan to swich with the pink one. It's also my best bet because I don't feel the yellow. I think the pink one has the same consistency with the cottonseed which I have used and Ioved.

This makes so much sense now. Thank you so much. I was confused by the relaunch. I used the old yellow one for a long time. Then I switched to a la rocher posay cleanser just to try something new. Didn’t like it, so I switched back to the Clarins one. But the name/ packaging looked a bit different too me. And also the texture wasn’t the same. I thought it was just me. But now I know they relaunched. Maybe I will switch to the pink one. Since it has shea butter like the yellow one used to have as well

Thank you for this review! Along with the new cleansing oil and milk, I use the new (yellow) foaming cleanser for normal/dry skin. I like the smell and the texture of mine is nice and creamy. Perhaps the sample you got was bad? I also have the new cleansing mousse. It smells a bit masculine to me and I can’t use it every day otherwise it dries out my already dry skin! 😊
Oh, is yours really not lumpy? Maybe I've got one, which was gone bad... But I've seen some other feedbacks on Clarins webpage, it was lumpy or seperated, so I didn't think, mine was different. I used a bunch of cleansing products too, cleansing milk, oil base, foaming and i use it depends on a day. I got the Clarins cleansing milk, influenced from watching your videos. Your skin is glowing and looked plumped.

Hello mam.. i have dry skin.. i uses yellow toner. So can i use pink cleanser??

I just bought the yellow foaming cleanser, it had smooth creamy texture and a nice pleasant light smell.
I think the sample you used must have been off. Maybe because they are natural products with no chemical preservatives maybe it goes off if it’s not kept tightly closed in a cool place.
So just mentioning it to you because the yellow one is actually very nice to use.

It's interesting, because I'm actually trying the yellow one at the moment. I did get pimple here and there, but just one at a time. So I'm reducing the usage to see, if it's really from this cleanser.
I also got breakouts from the yellow one and the texture is horrible 😭

The new foaming face wash do not foam AT ALL. IT'S HIGHLY IRRITATING when I had been using the one with Tamarind extract for more than 10years
