The singer in the video is Austrian singer Martina Astner (Therion 1998-1999), but they're using the album track from Vovin (1998), so the singer you're actually listening to is British vocalist Sarah Jezebel Deva (ex female vocals for Craddle of Filth 1996-2016, also ex-Angtoria 2006, and MANY other projects). Sarah collaborated with Therion 1998-2001, if you look up for the Wacken 2001 Therion gig, you'll see her taking the lead in the choir. Until 2007 Therion used different choir lineups apart from the lead male metal singer, so Sarah & Martina never had the chance to take full command of the stage as Lori, Katharina, Linnea, and so many others post-2007. They were together with a bartione guy in a corner of the stage standing still as a little choir.

Therion is my favorite band of all time! They take up my back patch on my battle vest. Best band in the history of everything. Dozens of albums! All good!
Great reaction! I'm not sure this is version is live recorded. I think it's a video with maybe some live fotages to the studio recorded song. However, it's a great song and I love that you give the band a litle of the attention they deserve.
This song is awesome, somwhat of a ballad with nice dark romantic touch, I bet it sounded great on their performance with orchestra and choir from earlier this year. You guys should also check out Muspelheim from Live Gothic, it startreally nice and slow singing from Lori and then, without spoiling it much, it goes somewhere else
