My doctor's appointment was super awesome last February.😊💙💙💙💙💙💙🎇🎉👍. The number of the blood pressure was 137 and that means I am 100% better with no headaches and no dizziness. WOOOOOO!😀💙⭐💙⭐💙⭐💙⭐💙🎇🎉👍
As a 35 year old mother of 2... I WISH I could handle my annual check up as well as Rachel. I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I still have multiple panic attacks the days leading up to mine. & yes I'm perfectly fine after & feel silly for my panic🤷♀️just how I am I guess
Rachel, you have a resource available that are not using, you have friends that live in the same house as you, learn how to take power naps, get someone to wake you up and keep it in your mind that you have to get up, sleeping for an hour will do a lot for you brain, trust me
I actually own a glass company we do those all the time. Call your insurance company they will send somebody who should come to your home and replace it for you choose the company wisely easy job if they are experienced.

My dog sheds so much the fur on furniture really irritates my skin so she is no longer aloud to be on the couch or my bed😢
