Jon that is why I like your channel , because you have simple tools like 90% of people , no table saws , pillar drills etc, you are honest and much better than the channels who have everything , I would rather learn from you and follow along , I started watching a semi pro channel only to get halfway through and realise , the guy had table saw ,pillar drill, table router, and thought I cant follow this guy I havent got all of that equipment, then your channel popped up and I thought , wow man that's it , so thanks , and keep it going 👍👍👍👍👍👍
@@stevieb6173 I have a lot of tools including a table saw that I bought for $50, but everything I have is stuff I've sourced after much saving, or from garage sales, classifieds, and tool swaps.
Well done my dude. Remember. We are our own most savage critics. It's understandable to want (need) to do better for yourself, but to some kid maybe just starting out, this may be all the motivation they'll need to get after it. Don't undermine yourself. 💪
I'm in a very similar spot. I have 1 side of a 2 car garage. I'm going through all of my tools and cleaning, oiling, maintaining what I have. Organizing tools with scrap wood cabinets and hangers. Not everybody is using Baltic birch for a 30 drawer workbench. Subscribed
@@kallencollier2890 it's a bit of a mess, but worth doing. Highly encourage you to just go for it, even without a plan, if you're using scraps like me.
Don't underestimate the power of a nice paint job to cover up unsightly osb :) I use a lot of scrap wood for shop organization at my job and when in doubt, paint it all the same color lol
Bro scrap material projects are my favorite because alot of us can relate. Keep up the grind brother
Nice, I love projects that benefit from scraps I have saved off, great job!
I enjoy the reality what we all need to see and hear.
very nice

Thanks for subscribing. You're right, it's super hard for me to shake the Baltic birch jealousy
This is very cool I need to build myself one👍

My current mantra is “do something instead of nothing”
You got this!
It's a circular saw, a radial saw is something else. Nice work, regardless of the semantics!
Yeah, I forget words and names for things while talking a lot. I'll remember next time. Thank you.
Wishing good on you dude. Maybe consider small finish nails and wood glue since it looks like you don’t have a Brad nailer.

Yeah, that was my plan. The plywood isn't great, but it'll last a couple of years. I might make an update video later.
You'll be ok, buddy
@@Nao-e2b thanks
keep making dude. the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. the second best time is today. go do the thing.
If you want to open a PO Box, we might be able to help you out and send you some stuff like new blades
I'm not one who takes gifts without feeling a bit awkward about it. I appreciate the offer and the thought behind it though.
