Hi! I am a trained make-up artist, I just wanted to let you know all gel formulas dry very quickly due to volatile ingredients, so to avoid them drying and getting patchy you have to close the lid immediately after scooping some product!
I don’t know why I’m commenting on an old video but Leaving off all those lids triggers my Anxiety. I use KVD Pomades Daily. Add some Inglot Duraline to the dried pots and they will turn like new. Pro tip+ place pots upside down while using to keep the product from Drying Out.
I love cream shadows and bought some of the more unique colours, the problem is that the new Maybelline color tattoos have a very similar formula and feel for a fraction of the price. That’s the issue, there are similar products on the market, better priced and better quality.
Yeah, I completely agree! I think some of these new batch of MAC paint pots (especially the shimmers) are not smooth and very patchy for the price. I wish MAC did a better job on them. Although I do think some mattes are pretty good, the price tag will only be justify if you use them enough.
