Amen on the message of worry. When we are focused on worry God doesn't seem so large. But when we focus on God our worries become small and insignificant. But this is only true for the child of God. I love seeing you dig up that fresh dirt.
Thanks Bill and great words, amen!
Thanks for the video. Those 2 machines are good team and im glad they are working for you. The message was great and i worry a lot and i overthink things too much. I am a believer and i try to remember to trust the Lord. Thanks
Thank you and you said it best. Remember to trust the Lord!

great message! timely for me. had a horrible week and felt like throwing in the towel on the business. "So do not fear for i am with you; i will strengthen you and help you; i will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
Isaiah 41:10
Thank you, Sam!
Right, I agree with what you said. He is our strength and our help. Glad the message was a blessing...

Awesome video my friend! Got to watch it with my girls, they liked seeing Diesel again! Great message as always.
Thanks Lee, I appreciate it. Glad the girls got to see Diesel too.

Sam, loved the scenery and layout of the valley! Good work on the basement digout. You are making me want a cat 313. God Bless from Colorado!!
A beautiful place to live for sure. Go ahead and get you a 313, you won't regret it. 😁
Very nice country where you are as well.
God Bless
Good looking clay.
Ron this is some of the best clay I've been in lately. Very good stuff for sure...
Thanks,
Sam
great color in this one
Yes, nice clean red dirt. 😁
Thanks,
Sam
Sometimes I have the Monday blues too and sometimes not even on a Monday but as soon as I get into the dirt and get to work it all gets better.
Nice message Sam, I for one am a worrier and always have been. I’ve tried as I’ve gotten older to conquer it and I’ve gotten better at it but still especially when I get busy with work I have my troubles.
I'm with you on that. The dirt just makes it all better...😁
Hi Sam… Nice Video Boss 👍🏻 ! Good looking Dirt come out of that hole. I appreciate you sharing the Message. Take Care , Stay Safe !
Thanks Evert. This dirt was nice stuff for sure.
Sam
Great video sam
Thank you! 😁
Good message
Thank you Rick, I appreciate that...
God Bless,
Sam
Sam that 2D grade system is a tremendous time saver for you. Great job👍 I see Diesel won 2 bad timing awards at least he didn't hoist his leg😂🤣 That's a great message 👍. Now quit fooling around 👍✌️and have a blessed day
Thank you John. The grade control is definitely a time saver and more efficient. Diesel has a way of photo bombing on a regular basis. And you are right, at least he didn't hike his leg on the camera. 😳😁
Glad you enjoyed the message...
God Bless,
Sam
Digging basements is fun
I agree! Thanks for watching and supporting the channel...
Sam
Nice video keep it up 👍
Thank you, I appreciate it...
Sam
Those are some nice rolling hills you live by. 👍😂
Thanks, definitely a great place to call home.
Sam
Diesel has good situational awareness like good cattle dogs. My girl is a hound and wants to be right in the middle of everything and get in the machine. She has to stay inside for safety. Looking forward to the pond job. I've never done a pond. But I have a small failed one on my property I would like to fix up and make nice.
Diesel is a very smart dog. He likes to ride in anything that is moving. 😁
I started the pond job this past week and it's going great so far. Really enjoying it for sure. Maybe you can get yours fixed up get some big ole fish in it.
Thanks,
Sam
I'd ask you about doing work here. But I am on the wrong side of the mountains. Short distance but a long drive.
Good job bud!
Thanks Larry I appreciate it. I was watching you fill up those ponds a little bit ago. It's interesting how we dig and later in life some get filled in. 🤔
Lol, thanks Sam! Yeah, it really is interesting how the newer generation tend to move toward waterers vs ponds (at least in our area). But, ill dig them out and push them right back in if that's what they want!😁😁
I live In the North Georgia Mountains .. Blairsville .. I’ve drove through the Gorge many many times … Awesome video as always !!!
Thanks Allen. Yup, you are very familiar with the area then. I've been through Blairsville a few times as well. I appreciate you supporting the channel...
Thanks,
Sam
Those grading systems on the 313 and D5 sure are nice. Great message. Lord knows I'm a worrier.
Loving the grade control for sure. Glad you enjoyed the message...
Me & Javan love watching your videos & Finnley loves watching you drive the excavator out her window
Thanks Brooke. Glad yall are enjoying the videos. Finnley gets a birds eye view...😁
That is a lot of dirt moved out of that hole. Good job and by the way Diesel is still the man!! Thanks for the message!!
Thanks Mike, that dirt adds up quick. Diesel is definitely the man and a great friend to work with. Glad you enjoyed the message.
God Bless...
Nice. Wish you were closer when we needed some excavation work done at our place
Yup, that would be cool to do the work you need. Maybe you can find a guy to help you out. BTW where are you located?
@@tristardiggin NE Tennessee, between Morristown and Johnson City
Gotcha...
Looking at the mountains reminds me of the song country roads. “Almost heaven “
I agree with that. Thanks...
Loving the Drone footage and the commentary! I learn something new every video. I plan on using this when I get my excavator:)
Thanks Lance. You will definitely love the 2D grade control. It makes life, especially working alone, a bit easier and more efficient...
Great message and example with that pile of dirt Sam. So true!
Thank you Chuck. I appreciate that.
That is one of most favorite parts of the country. My daughter graduated from Western Carolina in Cullowhee last year. Every time we would go up to visit, I would sit out on the porch and watch the sun come up over God's creation. Western Carolina and Eastern Tennessee is as pretty as anywhere in the world.
It looks like the 313 has greatly increased productivity on jobs like this. I bet that was a fun little project since you got to run the track hoe and the dozer? I like it when I get to do a variety of stuff on a jobsite. It keeps my ADD from getting the best of me. Lol
Thanks for the message brother.
Yes, I agree this is a beautiful place for sure.
The 313 and D5 are doing great! Really enjoying the work they are doing. I like doing different things on a job too.
God Bless,
Sam
8ft deep is a lot of material! Loving that dark red clay.
Right, that was a pretty deep hole. Some of the best clay I've dug out in a while...
@@tristardiggin if we find that we all stand around and stare at it here. We scrape the little hit of topsoil off and it’s like Iraq under there.
Congratulations on your sister starting build her home. It's nice to have a brother with all the equipment to get her started. I know you're enjoying that laser system. No worries if the basement is flat or not. If you need to get rid of some of that red dirt, I could use some. lol. Great message as always.
Right, she is excited to get it going. The grade control is fantastic. Should have done that a long time ago. It is definitely some nice red dirt, for sure...
Thanks...
All I could think about is what relics are coming to light after you’ve been digging the basement out. And what’s in those dirt piles and what’s getting covered with the dirt you’re pushing around. Unfortunately that’s the way my brain works being a Detectorist. Lol. Isn’t that the double wide you worked on a year or so ago in the background. Looks familiar. Anyhow enjoy what’s left of your weekend.
It does make you wonder what might be in there. This is a new property for me to work on. Haven't filmed this place before.
Thanks,
Sam
You’re welcome. Okay. That driveway and double wide in the background looked familiar.
Another awesome video and message! That grade control looks amazing. Such clean passes!
Right, I'm loving this grade control...
Great message Sam! Looks like you're having fun on the 313 and using the grade control on the D5. Sure wish I'd had that fancy equipment 35 years ago I probably wouldn't had made the survey guys work as much.😂 Be Safe Out There and GOD BLESS
Thanks Jim. Definitely enjoying the 313 and D5. They Match up great. I agree, this technology is a big help for sure.
God Bless,
Sam
Beautiful country, Blessed!!
Thanks...😁
Hi Sam, Watch your step! well last try, youtube wont let me edit, but it will get gooder later............no probably not.
Right! No kidding…😂
I livexon 411 just south of Ocoee
You're not to far away then, about 20 minutes down the road...
Sam
Great job Sam. I know that grade control was not a cheap investment but man it must be nice to work with. Congratulations to your sister in the breaking ground of her new house. I know it must feel great for you playing a part in it.
Thank you Vincent. Definitely not a cheap investment but over the life of the equipment it's cheap for what it can do. My sister is excited about her house. Glad I can help her out with the excavation work too.
Appreciate you supporting the channel...
Hey I’m an operator going back after being retired because I love machines and you have made my comeback possible I’m a fellow Christian my question is do you get money up front before you start a job and has anyone try not to pay you thank you keep those messages going love them Ted
Hey Ted, that sounds great. I’m sure you are looking forward to starting back again. I generally don’t ask for a deposit or money up front. But it’s probably not a bad idea to do that. I’ve never done a job and not get paid for it. A lot of good folks around here and haven’t had any issues getting paid.
Glad you enjoy the message and God Bless
Sam
That basement floor looks very nice but apparently you're able to turn the blade off automatic and back on again when you're out of the basement and I love your messages always thank you.
Jeff that is right. You can toggle the automatics off and on with that switch. But if I'm backing up to get another run you can just lift the blad high enough and it pauses the automatic. Then when you lower the blade to move forward it goes right back to auto. Pretty nifty how this system works and I am really liking it...
Thanks and glad you are enjoying the messages.
Sam
Hi Sam, good to see this video.
Diesel in the cabin of the 313 is excellent !
Since I am using a French -> English or English -> French translator to speak to you, I did not quite understand:
What is it to build ?
Thanks Nicolas. Diesel loves to ride in anything that moves. 😁
The hole is for a basement where a new house is being built.
Sam
beautiful work I would like to know how much fuel the cat 313 consumes per hour
Thank you! That is a question I can most likely answer for you. It stores a lot of that info in the computer. I will check that and get back to you on it...
Thanks,
Sam
@@tristardiggin
I would also like to know in what acceleration range to use the machine when you are working, like from 1 to 10
I checked the 313 today and it doesn't show an hourly rate. Just the total for the machine since new.
@@chevyford100 the 313 I run at full throttle...
How long does it take to set up or take down the masts and laser catchers for the grade control?
There are just four bolts that hold them on. I would say about 15 minutes or so to put them on and get the wire hooked up. And probably the same to take them off…
Where at in east Tn are you
SE Tennessee near Cleveland and Athens...
@@tristardiggin that’s awesome bro hope to see the channel grow and excited to watch your videos and messages
I appreciate that and thanks for supporting the channel. It helps a lot...

Bout due for some teeth.
Won't be long on these...
