How do you get the sound so crisp? Other than your playing of course - I don't see microphones. Usually to get that quality of sound it's in a studio. It sounds awesome.
+Herlindros SFO Sound in this video was recorded with internal camcorder microphones and processed then with a bit of EQ, compressor and reverb. In my other videos from the forest I use pair of Rode NT5 microphones in XY configuration - you don't see them, but they are there ;) Of course in post ptoduction sound is optimalized also with EQ, compressor and bit of reverb ;)
Nice free style hand drumming.I personally think your collective percussion sound would be better with a high end ,solid shell,rope tuned djembe cranked up Guinea style.
Very melodic. As a djembe drummer I like to listen to different drumming videos. Just like in Africa he's drumming in the middle of thee woods allowing the sounds to travel and vibrate the airwaves. Wonderful drumming and rhythm sound my fellow drumming brother

Pytam, bo przymierzam się do kupna właśnie bębna djembe, a to Twoje brzmi po prostu idealnie : ) Dobra robota, piękna muzyka, wprowadzająca w trans i to w takich fajnych okolicznościach przyrody!
Dziękuję, miło mi :) Djembe to LP Aspire. Brzmienie całego zestawu leży w strojeniu. Nagranie zostało dokonane wyłącznie przy użyciu kamery, dźwięk też. Został poddany tylko podstawowej obróbce - odrobina eq i kapka pogłosu na niskim poziomie. Nadmienić jednak trzeba, że już na wejściu działały pokładowe kompresory kamery, których nie da się wyłączyć, a które w istotny sposób wpływają na spójność i "gęstość" brzmienia. Pozostałe filmy nagrywałem już jednak inaczej :)
O know its not typical djembe sound ;) The reason is tuning and my personal approach to this instrument in this particular drumset. However although as djebme it sounds bad, as simply part of the drumset, quite good in my opinion ;))
