House Stark represents a lot of philosophical parralel's. They're the wisest and most honorable, but dont want the throne. They're deserve the most, but have the least of all the 7 kingdoms. The have the most family value, but they're the farthest apart.
The writers and directors have done a great job with this series. Good job, guys.

I know Rickon barely had any scenes in the show, so we didn't really see him that much. BUT his death in the battle of the bastards literally broke me
the moment you realize that the entire Game of Thrones was about The Starks...........they left home,,,,, lost it to strangers,,,,were betrayed by their own.......each was forced onto a different journey...to grow, learn, be opened to the terrors of the world.......and at the end of the Game.....Some lost and others emerged victorious.........such a beautiful family..........Here's to the Starks that we lost on the Way.......they all fought bravely.

10 years later . Their story still makes me cry.
even if any of the starks survive its going to suck when the war ends. There will be no Ned,robb, cat, rickon,jory,hodor,sir roderick, master luwin,old nan and the pooles. The sense of emptiness will kill them on the inside.
It didn't kill Ned. He lost everyone but Robert during the war. I think Jon and Sansa will be ok.
Billy Westley ned didnt seem to be enjoying life after the war at all.You can already see the ptsd in jon, arya has no more feelings left and sansa is slowly becoming evil.
+wayne king Ned seemed fine in Winterfell. He hated kings landing. Arya is pretty messed up. Jon seems okay just sick of fighting. I think they'll be fine but I doubt Arya survives.
Billy Westley All though big loses ned only lost his father, sister and brother.Compare that to jon hes nearly lost all his friends , mentors , most of his family and the love of his life. As far as arya knows everyones dead but jon and sansa. Sansa is going to die very soon.As far as bran knows everyones dead but sansa , jon, meera and benjen. In comparison ned had it way easier.

I held it together until Bran's "I was home" with the cuts to the flashbacks of all the Starks when they were happy, Oh God I wish they'd get some happiness. They deserve it.
jon is a stark, he was born by a stark, he was protected with and by the starks, he was raised like and by a stark, he fought like a stark, he fought for starks, he fought for the north, the stark's home, he fought with the starks, he protected starks, he wears an armor with the wolves that represent the starks. jon is a stark, and you all can't change it.

Sends me chills. The Starks of Winterfell and their love for the North. Such a badass and honorable family, more than the Targaryens or the Lannisters. The way their family has forever stood for justice and has always represented the core values of duty and familial loyalty. After all, the it was a family of Starks who rode to war for just one girl (Lyanna Stark) and then you see all these people willing to die for another Stark girl (Arya Stark). They are the heart and soul of Game of Thrones.

I hope the next seasons will be kinder to the Starks. I hope that all the living Starks in the books, including Rickon, will not die. That they will rise again, shocking other great houses and those people who ruined them, thinking they were decimated but actually not. It's the time for wolves to cage the lions.

Yup. Wyman Manderly ordered Davos to retrieve Rickon from Skagos in exchange of their support for Stannis.
Without George's direction, this show is just filling in the story with rubbish. George just told how the ending would be so the show runners are just wasting money on vfx etc. instead of building strong personalities of characters. Season 6 is the clear evidence.
If Rickon is to die but he won't die without a fight in george's story. I must say that I haven't read a single book, but now as the show is becoming dull, I'm more excited about winds of winter instead of season 7.
Achin Jain if you haven't read a single book, how do you know that George has better direction or the show doesn't? there has been multiple times where the show actually did better than George's own writing, and certainly parts where he dragged on in the books that the show actually made more exciting - but really, how do you have a valid judgement if you have not even read the books?

I am so emotional right now.. I have like actual tears streaming down my face, they all deserved so much better and i did wish they'd never left winterfell.. I miss the ones that are no longer there so much! I hope that from what's left stay's alive and fight till the end because they are to precious..! And your edit is just so soothing and kind ( i know it sounds weird but idk it just does) i absolutely adore this and it gave me that little stark spark where they were still all together and happy again! I hope bran and arya will get home safely too and they will build there home up again like it used to be!

This is gorgeous. I love the Starks and how they're storylines always seem to lead back to family. Even when there miles apart they always remember each other. I just hope Bran and Arya get to Jon and Sansa. The time for wolves has truly come.

I come back and watch this video all the time when I need a pick-me-up. Such resilience this family has and such adversity they faced. The representation of it in this video is just so well done and it gives me goosebumps still to this day after first seeing it way back in 2017

I have always said and thought GOT is and was always and mainly about the STARKS, yes there were characters with leading roles and their stories like dany, but it always felt about them, it started with them and ended with them (I don't hate other characters) , but there was something special about them how honorable they were and they were the ones who suffered the most and in the end they practically reigned over all the 7 kingdoms, the lands beyond the wall and the lands to be known.

no one knows but the books are all about the stark. they new everything from the beginning till the end. they know everything. when the fight comes and when they have to act. they know everything and they are so loved, so honest, loyal. thats why they are getting killed. but I know and I belive that stark will rise. and the good will triumph.

My favourite bit about this OUTSTANDING video: Talisa😘 and her baby😘 appearing with the rest of the family :))! Even though they're as much part of House Stark as Catelyn, they're generally absent from most tributes to the great wolves of Winterfell; that's sad and unfair = they were super sweet gems surrounded by war and Robb LOVED❤️ so much he didn't want to live anymore after he had lost them :'(! Honestly one of the best tributes to this show/family out there
