Guys Note of caution USB debugging should be enabled in your phone and by default, when your device is connected to PC, it should be in "file transfer" mode and not "charge only". Both of these defaults can be changed in android developer options

You dump, don't say anything if u don't know anything. Every mobile can turn on at recovery mode, just press the volume down (if samsung then volume down + main home) button instantly just after you plug the charger pin in the mobile.. And boom your phone is booted in the recovery mode. Different mobiles have differ ways to go in recovery mode. Also your phone can transfer files from recovery mode.

@@darkerthanblack653 seems this won't work with my nokia 7.2 since the power button has just refused to work. it can't power the phone up but if I plug the charger, it charges well without any problem. i need to figure out how to get it back on.
