The heritage of our ancestors can influence our lives on all levels: physical, mental and spiritual. Positively, but also negatively. It can be traumas, anxieties, illnesses, infirmities, pain and much more, from which we suffer in our present life, but whose cause we have never experienced ourselves.
By understanding the impact our ancestral lineage has on our well-being, we can find ways to honor their legacy and heal their negative influences.
To begin the process of ancestral healing, it is important to invite our ancestors into our hearts and awaken the connection that is deeply rooted within us. Deep meditation can help establish the connection and allow the healing energy to flow.
The healing Solfeggio frequency of 396Hz is known to help remove negative energy, overcome feelings of fear and clear blockages, which usually present the main obstacle when it comes to reaching our goals and realizing our dreams. Another hindrance on our way forward is the permanently recurrent overthinking of problems and worries. The 396 Hz Solfeggio frequency helps overcome uncertainty and liberates from negative beliefs, convictions and thoughts, even on a subconscious level.
396Hz is also a frequency our root chakra can resonate with. Our root chakra is the connection with the physical body, the physical world and the energies of the earth. It represents security and stability and, being the first and lowest of our 7 main chakras, it is of fundamental importance to our balance.
The root chakra is also about healing ancestors pain. We help them to find peace by feeling and letting go of what they need to let go of in order to find peace.

Earlier today I was on the phone with my dad and said I was starting to lose hope.
I haven't allowed myself to go there in a long time.
But then later I sent him a message that said:
I decided that I'm not going to lose hope. I won't.

This is indeed Divine timing. The past has been calling and a lot of painful memories and experiences have come to surface. It has come to me that ancestral karma is at the root of this, leaving me very ungrounded. Being drawn to the feather (air) and the green (heart chakra) I noticed that my like was #639. Resentment can come from these healing sessions and I was guided to make space in my heart. A powerful message came to me as I meditated with the request to "smile."
May our inner radiance shine outward, a warmth for a stifling cold.

I am in so much physical pain & have been for such a long time now 😔. I believe I am here to break ancestral traumas. I know I 'signed up' for this path & am quite resillient but for that past two evenings I have felt broken & been at my absolute limit, the pain is too much to bare! I don’t know how other channels handle this, but for my meditations I deliberately choose a length that carries an energy. This also in combination with angel numbers, which embody their very own energy and thus can support the meditation, or even can guide a particular person on his quest.
