Thanks for continuing with this! The episode titles are all song titles :) I Got The Music was actually added because Madison (Julie) wanted a High School Musical kind of performance. There's only one other "just in Julie's head" song and it's actually another HSM callback, too. The guys talk about the club dynamic explicitly briefly as they come down the stairs in this episode and a lot of reactors never quite catch on even after next episode so I'll go ahead and answer - the people who work and perform at the club are ghosts. There are a few ghosts in the audience (Charlie (Luke) said the couple who was in ep1 in the alley eating hot dogs also died and were also there somewhere in the crowd as an easter egg) but the patrons are mostly alive and aware of exactly what they're seeing.
