One of the best Macau races in history no doubt. The sense if hype when Fuoco passed Marciello to the immediate sense of shock when they both overshoot Lisboa corner was unbelievable.
Well, if they hadn't spent a third of the race under safety car we would have gotten a lot more. Stupid call by race direction not to send them sooner.

I was in Macau the day of this race. I had no idea the racing was on, I was really caught with my trousers down when I got off the boat at the Macau Port and found security all over the place and drivers/team members milling around. It was really interesting walking around whilst it was on. You'd hear a distant buzzing around you and then it'd come right past you, deafeningly loud, and then go off into the distance again. It was like being in the middle of a giant Scalextric track. The rain came on quickly and was near enough torrential, not really letting up until nearly sundown. Certainly a memorable first experience in Macau - couldn't have picked a busier day!

Great to watch this race online at our convenience, but can someone PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give the sound tech a SLAP and (obviously for future events) get the sound balance sorted so that we can hear the commentators over the cars better, the disparity in volume between the two commentators is ridiculous !!!

Crazy how much Fuoco moved under braking. He has himself to blame, if he’d just stayed on the outside he would’ve kept the lead easily. Also, 5 seconds for taking out a driver is laughable.
Stewards judge incidents not outcomes, it was a small touch that sadly had a big impact. On any other track he would have been fine but because its macau he hit the wall
Fuoco did a great job under this condition, deffo the best overtake in this year and one of the best race in Macau Race. Moreover ,it's kind of familiar when the Mercedes pass the two car ahead (though goes Hamilton)
GT is usually my favourite at Macau but the Formula International had Ugo Ugochuckwu, had a shot of Jack Daniels every time his name was mentioned. Best drinking race since pastor maldonado left F1 😮😂😅
Typically if an FIA event isn't tied to a championship and is just a standalone event they just stream it here themselves. The recently held FIA Motorsports Games also falls into this same category.
Macau GT3 race doesn't belong to any championship, it's a race weekend in itself. There would be no point in having a separate channel, which would be silent for a year.

It was an exciting race, it wasn't possible to see how much of a contact there was between Engel and Dries Vanthoor. Marciello pushed Fuoco off, but on the other hand, Fuoco moved under braking. There is no way to penalize Marciello either way, a grid penalty for next year would be ridiculous.
Congratulations to the bunch of genius who set up BoP parameters for this race, never saw such spread in straight line speed between two cars of same class, even in not BoP-based championships. But that’s FIA, so we shouldn’t be surprised at the end.

That's diffrence between the best drivers in the world vs brilliant GT3 drivers. Best drivers know, you can't brake on wet part. Fuoco should stay outside and watch how Marciello driving wide.
If they were racing with slicks than obviously. But I’m pretty sure they ran wets which are better on the WET line. Drivers will seek out the wet line as it provides more grip and is easier on the tires
Hope that next year d'station brings their aston, haupt their new ford, triple eight, their potential new corvette, 5Zigen their nissan, up garage their honda, ktunes, their lexus to play a part in this race.
Engel and Merc for the win. Any of those 3 top cars could have won it. They ran away from the field. Crazy ending. I think the Ferrari was the fastest, lap time-wise, of the 3. BMW’s continue to have a huge straight line advantage over the field. If this were in dry conditions, Lello would have run away. That pullback on Fuoco on the curry straight after he was passed was ridiculous. They been needing to BOP those BMW’s for years now.
Both Fuoco and Marciello deserved the result they got (Fuoco moving on the brakes was pure filth and hopefully the race director gave him an earful), but Engel being implicated in the Vanthoor crash and only getting a 5 second penalty was a disgraceful call by the stewards. If he caused it, it should have been a DT/30s time penalty. If he didn't, he shouldn't have received a penalty at all. I believe he did because there's a noticeable pattern in recent years of penalties for collisions getting less and less severe penalties and I worry it will encourage dirty driving.
While I don't agree with Fuoco's late block at all I really question Lello's decision to dive down a puddle filled inside line when his wet tire's grooves were already worn out because of the dry line.

The ferrari half blocks and then starts moving underbreaking to block moore. Should be a penalty, but they both go off the track, so it's fine.
