On this vlog, First i went to a shop for albanian football jersey . Then watch tower of tirana and climb to the top to get rooftop view of tirana.Then i visit a mosque . After that i went to visit Bunk art museum .

Albania (Albanian: Shqipëria) is a country in the Balkans. It shares borders with Greece, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro, sharing a maritime border with Italy. It is one of the sunniest countries in Europe. The country has an extensive archaeological heritage; it was part of Ancient Greece, the Roman Empire and the Ottoman Empire until its first declaration of independence in 1912, after which it became a communist dictatorship before becoming a democratic republic.
Sulejman Pasha Bargjini, a native feudal lord from Mullet, established the city in 1614. His first constructions were a mosque, a bakery and a hamam (Turkish bath). On February 8, 1920 Tirana was made the temporary capital by the Congress of Lushnje, and it was proclaimed the permanent capital on December 31, 1925.

I have seen another video by Jetlag Warriors where they bought a jersey for 2000 lek. That shopkeeper was saying 2500 for you 2000 😊. So here 1500 seems like a value buy. Also the way she said " Sorry " felt genuine to me , so I think the price was OK. Just an observation.
