Prime Minister Marape Reviews 2024 and Previews 2025: PNG's 50th Independence Anniversary

Prime Minister Hon. James Marape reflected on the key achievements of 2024 and outlined his vision for 2025-a historic year as Papua New Guinea celebrates 50 years of independence.
In a press conference held in Port Moresby on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, the Prime Minister highlighted milestones from the past year and discussed plans for national celebrations, development initiatives, and policies to drive the country forward.

Congratulations to the People of Papua New Guinea. Happy new year and prosperous 2025. On behalf of Her Majesty Queen Charlotte Royal Family, I am honoured to inform the people of Papua New Guinea of the Development Funding. I have approved Two Hundred Billion Kina (K200,000,000,000.00) for Economic Recovery, Prosperity and Spiritual Development for Papua New Guinea. I have also reserved further One Hundred Trillion US Dollars that will be expedite over the period of time. Funds will be released after Concealed of the Memorandum of Agreement. I look forward meeting the Prime Minister Honourable James Marape, MP ASAP.

Marape is talking about the famous " BLUEPRINT " ( ECONOMIC SYSTEM ).
Marape also towards the end he mentions the " ROAD MAP " ( ECONOMIC SYSTEM ) that will guide PNG to the worlds leading ECONOMY with a NEW GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE that is designed to benefit the people of PNG and prosper ECONOMICALLY into the future also with better living standards better education system better hospitals and health care. Manufacturing PNG products like OIL , GAS ,GOLD together with Agriculture ( organic food ).
It's all in the famous " BLUEPRINT " ( ECONOMIC SYSTEM ) that was presented to PM MARAPE in 2020.
PM MARAPE was also presented the other book / Manual titled the CONSTITUTIONAL ANALYSYS also in 2020. It will guide PNG through making CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS. NEW GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE with more then 3 ARMS OF GOVERNMENT instead of 3 ARMS ( legislature / NEC / judiciary ) granted to PNG in 1975 POLITICAL ( STATE ,QUEEN , CORPORATES ,) INDEPENDENCE.

1. LEGISLATURE made up of UPPER HOUSE ( 119 MEMBERS )
LOWER HOUSE ( REPS OF 1000 TRIBES ). LAW MAKING BODY ).
2. NEC ( PM )
3. JUDICIARY ( COURTS )
4. ECONOMIC ARM ( RESOURCES , GAS,OIL,GOLD, ETC. DOWNSTREAM,
5. PNG COMMUNAL BANK ( 1 A/,C for each citizen with 1 SHARE each,
