- When we first met Ani in Tony’s interventions, she was unhappy with the way she looked.
“I used to be sexy,” she said.
She felt like she was sexy before she gained 40 lbs from giving birth to two children.
She felt like she was sexy before she started growing grey hair.
She felt like she was sexy before seeing dark circles under her eyes and being exhausted by life.
But these are just thoughts.
They do not reflect reality.
As Tony told her:
“Is it really true that you’re not sexy at all?
Could that be a misperception based on being tired or exhausted or life experiences?
Is it possible that you don’t have all the information to know or even notice that people think you’re sexy and you’re just missing it?
Is it possible that you are sexy and just don’t realize it?”
In this video, Tony shows Ani how she can challenge these thoughts and emotions in order to break through and change her narrative.

I recognize Byron Katie’s ‘The Work’ in Tony’s approach in this intervention, but with his own improvements. For example, adding reference experiences with the Turnaround. I’m reading Katie’s book right now and recommend it. The Work is so simple and yet so powerful.

@owl5UY Tony loves to draw upon the work of many masters. In a single coaching session, you might catch him incorporating the work of 10 different professionals. He combines the strategies in just the right way to get incredible results.
I could teach classes in this. I am 100 lbs overweight and have been about 50 lbs overweight for most of my adulthood. I have uneven breasts, stretch marks all over my body and many other physical imperfections - forehead too high, dark circles under my eyes, sparse eyelashes, too many moles, blah blah blah. On top of that, I have little education, no career to speak of, a dysfunctional family and all kinds of issues. But my sex life is off the charts. I am with my soulmate, he's 19 years younger than me and we make love like we're on another plane of existence, just pure unconditional love and pleasure.
I have always felt beautiful. I have been told I'm cute since childhood but many people are and still dismiss it. To be fair, I have some physical attributes that are considered by many to be attractive. I have an hourglass shape with really large butt, blue eyes and blonde hair, a pretty face, super soft skin, pretty hands and feet, perfect lady parts, and an overall feminine look and demeanor. You can see that the list of unappealing and appealing traits could carry me in one direction or another, depending on what I focus on. My partner loves me as a whole person, and takes the good with the bad.
But one thing I have had since a young age has been MOJO. I love sex and pleasure and love and connection and I just want it. I have brought sensuality into all of my friendships, it's not always about sex. And I reserve 100% of my sexual energy for my soulmate. So at some point I must have chosen the attitude about myself that supports my ultimate desire. I could make up that I'm dumpy and undesirable and I'd probably end up presenting myself that way. But because I love to feel sensual, I choose clothing that expresses that, even if it's casual and comfortable. My whole personality and demeanor reflects it. He's right that when someone loves you, they see beauty. It's not even about loving ourselves but about loving the experiences we want to have. If you like sex and want to have it, being sexy is a necessity. Simple.
I see myself in her, I even look a little like her. I could easily look that way if I had a sour face and didn't wear something to express myself. I don't really wear makeup, but I like to wear nice colors, earrings, my hair is mostly grey which I color to my natural color. I like to be real and natural but my main focus is enjoying myself and enjoying beauty for beauty's sake. I smile and connect with people, I feel love in my heart and that shines through.
She just looks exhausted.
You sound like you have all of the ‘imperfections’ we all have. You also sound like you met your twin flame.
