for those who feel upset about ur weight Imma tell u guys my story: I was around 57kg on March last year(note that my height at that time was maybe 159cm short) then on late 2020 I made it to 52 without realizing, I mean I had no freaking idea that I will lose weight but I was also on a diet?(I mean I was on a diet but didn't expect to lose weight) then I tried to make my weight stable like 51 52 53 but on March this year, school closed and it changed my life again, from around 53 to 55(u might think it's not that much but the thing is my entire life is all about weight when I started losing weight) so, I tried all the diet, celebrities diet, everything y'all and it worked but it didn't last long all the time, I lost and gained lost and gained til now...sometimes I feel so unmotivated that I want to stop thinking about my weight but I just want to achieve my ultimate weight(around 50kg or under) I do believe that it's not only me who experience this thing! lastly if u guys think u r good enough for urself, don't need to change anything, change it if u want to, ur life is not depend on other's thought or mouth! Keep it up!
