    With the IRocker battery and pump I was able to inflate and deflate 2 boards. But my pump stopped working so I switched to a generic 2 stage pump and would only get 1 inflate and deflate. I carried a small motorcycle battery as backup. Recently I switched to a Jackery 300 and it works beautifully. Somewhat overkill for paddleboards only but I also used it for glamping to power led lights and small appliances.

      Jackery 300's and similar things are awesome to have anyway. That iRocker battery seems to be a pretty low power storage if it only was getting 1-2 fills. Good info to know, thanks!

    Thanks for the info. I also got an avapow 4000A jump starter battery but when I connected the shark pump, I get a U-H error. Should the power be less on the avapow for it to work?

    Overall, I've liked these best:
    $130, 20 PSI PUMP, 6000mah battery -> amzn.to/3wNp8kl
    $93, External battery -> amzn.to/3LyvA3h
    $6, EC5 ADAPTER for the battery -> amzn.to/3bOOwL4

    Are you able to use the DC output of the avapow jump starter to power the sup pump or there isn't enough juice? (Or do you have to use that connector you showed)

      I use the EC5 adapter I showed, not the DC output.

      @@texaspaddleboard7797 Do you know if the DC output would be capable of powering the SUP pump as well?

    I bought the AVAPOW Car Battery Jump Starter 2500A Peak 22800mAh, along with one of the pumps recommended. But when I tried to start the pump, there doesn't seem to be enough power to run the pump. Any ideas of what might be happening?

      One possibility is it is putting out too much volts when 100% charged and you pump is protecting itself. If the battery is fully charged, try discharging the battery until it’s about half full (charge some random electrics at your house or something) then try again. It’s likely putting out too much power vs not enough.

    I'm wondering why cars still use those adapters when No one use cigarette lighters in there anymore.

    I was disappointed the AC to DC converter I bought for wall plugs didn’t work - ALITOVE AC to DC Converter 100V ~ 240V to 12V 10A 120W Power Supply Adapter Car Cigarette Lighter Socket AC/DC Transformer for Car Vacuum Cleaner, Car Refrigerator and Other Car Devices - I want to plug pumps in at home or into truck bed socket. No go.

      That's too bad - what kind of electric SUP pump were you using with that converter? I've used this converter without issues: www.amazon.com/Converter-Cigarette-Lighter-110-240V-Adapter/dp/B07DWXRD5F
