about dang time they updated this game XD im hyped to play it again now, the main thing that put me off when i first played it was there wasnt enough gas to get past the first stop, and stuff to sell was even more sparse that made it impossible to buy food and stuff

Belive it or not I was a tester for the update "REDUX". My job was to find bugs and report them to the dev indie max.
I feel it might be a zombie/nuclear apocalypse.
As you mentioned in the beginning, there are more to come so the enemy AI might not be there yet. Would love to see more from this game eventually

This gives me the vibes of global warming (like the original game) because if it was nuclear you or nobody else would be alive, if it were a zombie apocalypse you’d find zombies, and since it’s all desert it is probably global warning.
