If this was a Patek it wouldn't be any better made but it would be three times the price. Grand Seiko is next level watchmaking. I just hope their prices stay realistic so those of us who have to save up for a watch, can still buy one.....

I’m a huge fan of most GS dial designs…but not this three rings one! Looks like a bit of nasty black ash veneer on the dial. Love the Black Birch though, even if the Green Birch with its dark forest green tone is my favorite of the newer Evolution 9 range.
