Hey Francisco, thanks for great videos. They have taught me much about my truck. I have a question I can’t get answered, maybe you can help. On my 2013 cascadia dd13, there is a filter underneath the transmission that I have no idea what it is and it looks like it’s never been changed. It looks like a normal automotive oil filter and hangs down slightly angled towards the rear. , the lines coming to it look like they are coming from the front radiator or charge air cooler. Any idea from the information I have gave? I’ve searched all the manuals, service manuals, Internet...I can’t figure that one out. Also, I just change both the inlet and outlet nox sensors due to the fault codes. After replacing the outlet first (I has to wait a week), the fault code for the outlet sensor did go away but after I changed the intake sensor, the fault code for intake won’t go away. I’ve reset the codes, disconnected batteries, unconnected and reconnected the sensor, still it persist. It’s my only remaining fault and it’s driving me nuts! I purchased the sensors from freightliner, could the new sensor be bad? Or is there something else I should try before I spend the frustration removing the new sensor again? Thanks again for you help.

Its the oil sump gaskets,located inside the oilpan. It happened to me and had to replace oil sump kit and oil pan gaskets and screws,because the screws have grommets attached! Its pretty pricey too,so be ready if you haven't already fixed it.

Francisco, after changing my filters i push on the primer about 200 times. It never gets solid and takes me about 4 times to get the truck running (i only let the starter go about 20 seconds each attempt) what could the problem be? Thanks and I really enjoy your videos, learned alot!!!
You fucked up buddy.. your supposed to change oil filter then add oil then start it. Let it run 5 min then change fuel filters .. you can blow the engine .. then once you change fuel filters just pump it until it’s hard start it for a second pump again start it then pump one final time until it’s hard n it will run

Rotella t5 semi synthetic recommends up to 50k,so it does depend on usage,like if its mainly otr or local work. I personally go 35k on t5 rotella otr.
My company goes 70k on their company trucks on Semi synthetic! Crazy stuff.

9 - 10 gallons, it will vary depending on the year and application of the engine.

Never change oil and fuel filters at same time big big no no
What happens if you do? I've heard there is a certain order to do things in.
Change the oil first then crank truck up and make sure you get proper oil pressure then cut truck off then change fuel filters
And where is the o ring grease at on the o ring on all the filter caps
Mike Wilson shut your dumb ass up, and you tighten it till you can’t anymore. There’s no need to torque it if you know what you’re doing.

This truck has a charging issue. The voltage on the gauge is too high, almost in the red. Overcharging the batteries
Check the remote sense fuel
Your also supposed to torq each cap 22 nm + whatever
