3 large potatoes (900 grams)
cheddar cheese (300 grams)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
Salt (4 grams)
for filling
ground beef (500 grams)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (20 ml)
1 onion
3 green peppers
3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce (25 grams)
1 teaspoon of tomato paste (20 grams)
Paprika, black pepper, cumin, thyme and salt
3-4 sprigs of parsley
1st cooking: 30 minutes in an oven at 200 °C
2nd cooking: 10 minutes in an oven at 200 °C

Даже если овощерезки нет, можно же это показать в сокращённом/ убыстренном и т.д. виде...Мы поймём)))

The recipe is there throughout the video. They already did what you asked. Didn't you read it while watching. Recipe and directions. What more does a person need to make this. I don't understand how you missed the recipe and the directions. They even made a video for this meal. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
@@tinastill5850 I always appreciate the creators that do include the written recipe in either the description or the comments. It can be a pain to rewatch the video over and over for the little bits of information like ingredients, amounts, temperatures, and times. It's nice to have a quick list of the ingredients, so we know that we have everything ahead of time. I've been where I forgot an ingredient that was in a video, and had to scramble to come up with a substitute. Plus, a quick summary of the amounts, times, and temps also help, especially if it's your first time doing that type of recipe.
