If people have problems its usually because of the seller and not the site. More often than not youre able to talk to them and if needed they will give you a refund. I hope this is helpfull! I’m from London and it’s really good. The shipping isn’t even horribly long, and the stuff is so good. I’ve only had like 2 items gone missing from my orders (a 33p sticky notes and £1 pens), but I’ve ordered like 5 times off them (and probably spent a bit too much -ok a lot too much). The quality of the stuff is actually so good too, if there were a store like that here in London I’d deffo be buying these things for like £5 each negl.
