    Just hitting a bunch of log clean and press is one of my favorite "I don't want to think about it today" workouts.

    Love the technique breakdown! I just made my own log and want to add more strength training into my workouts. At 63kg, I could confidently get it up to my shoulders, but not press (I got half way, lol). My focus is more fitness with high reps, so I'll focus on getting that initial technique down solid while I build press strength with a barbell and lower weight.

    Nice breakdown 👍 never pressed a log before but I definitely would’ve fucked it up before watching this vid 😂
