Mix water and plaster, and then add chalk to get the consistency. It's how they did it historically to make palace decor on walls

@@vampirechick4life By chalk you mean real chalk as in Calcium carbonate (aka calcite) or do you mean chalk sticks they use in schools which is basically just gypsum and glue sticks?
