you gotta any tips on like pushing and what not because idk it seems like i take too long to do push certain carts at times and idk what im doing wrong tbh I keep the cart with/near me a lot i try to move quickly but i just lose to time im not sure like if its different for you carlos or what but yeah lately my team leads expect me being a gm so like our team to be pushing out shit in like 10-15 minutes ive been working at target for a month but still havent gotten familiarized with everything completely but yeah idk if its just constant repetition that I just need to keep at or im missing something but i mean you got more experience than I do working at target so yeah like i said ive only been working at target for a month but yeah idk some advice would really help because ive been thinkin but to no good answer
number one rule is that do as much as you can and don't feel bad for not doing enough and just clock out for the day when your shift is done. easy way to prevent burn out. your working during the most busiest time of the year so your TL except alot from everyone, on the other side your more important than you think. your team and TL needs your help don't forget that, but don't sweat it after this month it's smooth sailing. 1 u-boat typically lasts 30-50 minutes depending on the items. there's really no real trick on stocking faster quite honest with you. you just need to develop your own way of stocking that suits you and over time you'll be familiar with the items on the floor and everything should be faster and easier for you. don't forget fully learning how to use your zebra and it's system benefits you alot! i hope this helps you out!

Since I just congratulate form high school I been thinking working at target but the Only thing that been hold me back for getting like the job or any job is that I am scared and nervous About how I am gonna do like what if I got the job at target and I get that zebera phone app idk what I would scam

haha no worries i been here since 2021 and i still don't know much about the apps on the zebras!
The only thing i really hate working in retail is that you get paid bi-weekly
They have daily pay if that helps you 😅
I work for Kroger subsidiary Fry's, and I get paid weekly, but yes, I have had the pain of being paid bi-weekly when I previously worked at Walmart.
