Unpopular opinion: pigs are just as cute when they are older and have big squishy faces with kind eyes
People need to do their research before getting an animal. You shouldn't get something just because it's "cute".

I just took a pair of 3 year old pot bellies in a week ago, and I had no idea how pig-headed a pig could be... in between trying to convince Iggy Piggy to get out of my garden and into the pig pen, and making friends with both of the, I've been consoling both of them as they cry. They were so obviously extremely distressed initially, and they have chosen to go into separate pens, and so will have to stay separate until I build a secure thoroughfare between the two. Fortunately they can hear each other and are able to chat, but I do keep finding them with tears, sobbing, and I do my best to distract them with food, cooking up dates and apples to mix with their pellets. They most certainly are emotional critters, and aren't they just so gorgeous? Thanks for this video, as a nubie, I learned a lot .
In my opinion, the reason you'll still get people telling you you're wrong is because there's two types of people in the pet world. Pet Parents and Pet Professionals. Pet Parents will do research, sure, but they'll believe any information given to them and rather believe what they want to hear "Of course pigs can be 20lbs!". Pet Professionals are more likely to question doubtful statements until it can be proven either way. Because of your videos, I was able to convince my mother that a pet pig wasn't for her.
Ha. I'm laying in bed with my seven month old mini pig Gizmo and he's a hunk he's reached maybe 60lbs BUT I love him more as the time goes by. Even if my little boy hits 140 lbs he will still always be so happy and safe. ♥️♥️
