The Malaika Camp has a unique and fantastic location in the Maasai Mara.
It is located right on the Mara River in the heart of the Maasai Mara Reserve.
If you visit us in the months of June to October you can experience the unique wonder of the Big Migration.
The Masai Mara is one of the richest wildlife reserves around the world.
There are year-round good opportunities to see the Big Five, elephant, lion, buffalo, rhino and leopard in their natural habitat.
In no other national reserve in the world, the predator density is as high as in the Maasai Mara especially on big cats
There are a lot of lion prides. With a little luck, you can watch a hunt for prey.
The beautiful leopards and very fast cheetahs meet in the Maasai Mara most often. But there are still many other wonderful animals you can admire all year in incredible numbers.
But there are also many other wonderful animals such as Gnus, antelopes, gazelles, zebras, giraffes, hippos, hyenas, crocodiles, monkeys and many of the more than 400 species of birds! There are over 80 species of mammals.
