If you are trying to sell any beauty product, it is best to keep in mind that the beauty,hair and body care market is over saturated with products. Calling anyone a " hater" in this video will not help sell your product, since women are your main customers. Many people are walking in the street minding their own business getting where the need to go. I never lived in NYC, but I have met enough native New Yorkers to know that very little shocks them. FYI, the women in the video where not hating, they were cheering you on.
Totally agree with you. I highly doubt that any of the beautiful girls she strutted past were jealous of her, but the girl on the bike in particular certainly had nothing to be jealous of. Viewing it only from this perspective is waaay too narrow-minded. The gestures mean different things in different world areas. When I see it, to me it's 100% mocking just like bullies do and zero support. And trust me, I've experienced bullying, there are recognizable differences between support and this, where I come from. So this could mean that you come from an area where you understand those kinda gestures as a positive way of communication. Don't make her look like she was ungrateful. And let's not forget: she's the only one who heard what they were saying or the pitch of their voices in general.
You also have to consider that people are naturally going to look/stare when you have a cameraman following behind you. It's not necessarily a good or bad thing...they're just trying to figure out what's going on and who you are.
This type of look and grooming used to be more common or typical in NYC and major cities, give or take less model flair. It's because so many are too drab-casual unkempt or simply unfit. Just watch old NYC scenes or film. This woman and her style actually reminds me of NYC girl Fran Drescher.

Yes, someone who is beautiful in their appearance, and pairs that with a caring personality, will give other people genuine pause, giving them aesthetic distance to the beauty they are beholding, and reminding them of the intangible qualities which transcend the material plane. Whereas seeing someone who is somewhat pleasant to look at, but also extremely full of themselves and sees other people as nothing more than their fanbase, does not invoke the aforementioned experience at all. It just makes you feel a bit bad for them, since their self-worth is clearly rooted in public validation, which is a recipe for unhappiness. Anyone who thinks and behaves as if they are the "main character" of the entire human population needs to keep their narcissism in check before it destroys both them and those around them. Also, "self-love" is by definition not dependent on the validation of other people. Yes I agree. Just because they didn't stare in awe or probably real hatred and jealousy doesn't mean they're haters. They were actually light hearted and smiling and playful. She's not that great anyway. Maybe those ladies have far more beautiful daughters or sisters so they are not so captivated like the rest of those zombies 😂
