Svidaju mi se svi sastojci moram da isprobam ovo jelo samo neznan koji je to sir kackavalj ima li koji drugi naziv lijepi pozdrav

Kačkavalj od kravljeg mleka se odlikuje intenzivnijom žutom bojom, meke konzistencije, niže masnoće i većeg sadržaja vode. Boja u unutrašnjosti kačkavalja treba da je ravnomerna, kremasto žuta. Konzistencija kačkavalja na 15-18 stepeni treba da je čvrsto elastična. Previše tvrda, trošna ili mekana konzistencija je pokazatelj nekvalitetnog kačkavalja. Miris i ukus su prijatni, karakteristični za zreo kačkavalj, bez drugačijih nijansi.Gauda, edamer, trapist,...
