Dallas is huge, very easy to get lost while driving, and driving to and from work is quite a disaster sometimes! You could be driving one hour to work one way!!

In Dallas area, I see a 4 bed bath house, in bus stops, with easy access to downtown jobs, for 380k. 4 to 6 people can buy this as tenants in commons, and payoff the mortgage ASAP within a couple years if they each double up on jobs. Then will only owe property taxes and utilities yearly. This allows them to achieve financial freedom faster. I'm trying to help people achieve this
