I'm not so sure that speed and dropping height is wise. You can see the rocks being splintered and broken as they impact with each other which will make them more susceptible to being moved by the sea. Which in turn defeats the purpose of a sea defence.
I guess it would be OK to approach the safety barrier at a moderate rate before dumping. But, if you're hot dogging it for the locals, then by all means slide the tires to the barrier. Just hope you don't slide to far else you'll get your knickers wet.
If you were an operator, you would know that he is very good at what he is doing!
I always enjoyed my trips to Borth 😀
What are they building?

I agree , operator was definately on a mission , perhaps trying to unload before the tide went out maybe ?
The rocks are moved at low tide and placed
Those rocks at front, right, may be to keep front low to water level.
them stones in the back ground are ANNOYING

Enough with the bad words!
Now what do you think they are doing there?
You can sure tell that the operator isn't the one having to pay for the maintenance or repairs.
He's risking his life doing that kind of work. In fact, he is doing maintenance on that beach to protect lives. Give him a break.

The man paying for the repairs is probably the same one who told him to run it like that.
Idiot !
Just wondering who you are calling the idiot?
