Very good detailed presentation but one of the little but very important items to note especially for someone doing it for the first time is to figure out how the xml template version is opened in excel. It is a very simple step but for someone doing it for the first time they will struggle to figure out how you switched from an xml download version to excel.

I need to migrate 20 million Business Partner, is this tool scalable? What's the max throughput you have got for such instance. I understand it all depends on hardware / app server scalability, so let's assume that I can do that for my project. But is it still feasible using this tool. I have used SAP EMIGALL tool (which came from IS-Utility solution) and was able to achieve a throughput of 110K per hour for Business Partner. But now SAP is saying that's not a recommended tool to use. Any advise?
