Hey I'm from Australia & i embraced Islam & took my Shahadah 2 months, 2 weeks & 5 days ago, cause i believe that Islam is the only one tru religion in the world & that other religions have lost there morals & not just that it's standing shoulder to shoulder with all my Muslim brothers praying as one, but at the same time both my mum & Sister aren't understanding of my reversion to Islam & my best friend of over 2 decades was going to walk away from our friendship because of my Reversion but now is asking more questions so she understands Islam better...Alhamdulliah

I'm 17 and for about 2 year I've been trying to set up an islamic society but dear and disappointments from my friends have discouraged me .seeing this just made my day , it has just helped me to realize no matter how much people say I'm too young to go fully into Islam, they're wrong. I first saw this young man in Bayero University Kano when came to deliver a lecture in a so-called ummah masjid. The boy is talented and good like Mufti Menk MashaAllah, what impressed me most was to see a boy of his age giving Islamic talks to group of adults. We need more of his kinds. 19:22 "There are people who hate you that will begin to love you" stroke a cord within me for when I first saw Mufti Menk, I thought he looked scary. But then I listened to his sermons and found his voice to be clear and soothing. Then I saw his face wasn't scary as I had intially thought but instead had Nur that casts a comfort to those who see him. At 42 I am beginning to prepare my life vest. Late but that will always be my biggest regret. And so slowly as I embark on my own hijrah I surround myself with Surah recordings, books and sermons like Mufti Menk, Sheikh Ahmad Deedat, Dr Zakir Naik, etc and slowly I find myself less angry at the world, less arrogant over what I thought was my superiority, less worried over people's thought and understood that everything is the way it is with Allah's will. May Allah guide dear Mufti Yaks too especially in his journey to reach the younger generation. Also, please pray for my hijrah as I do for you too, InsyaAllah...
