May as well have left the chicken out. Thanks for the review at least i now have an idea for what to make for thurdays supper, you really are paying a premium for convenience with this product IMHO. EDIT. lookup tinga sauce for those that do cook.
prices now are so stupid its beyond belief was going to get 2 portions large wedges with cheese and two pots of garlic mayo and they wanted £19 plus then a how much would you like to tip not even got the food yet lol so over £20 for 2 lots of potatoes shut it down lol and a £3 delivery fee so if u tip 20% will be £27 for 2 portions of wedges really....
If you are open to suggestions, what about doing a blind tasting with various gravy granules, from the most expensive to the cheapest? 👍 Keep up the good work.

Those wedges definitely needed more cooking for my liking. Debateable that that is 2 portions. Chipotle is my favourite....I have mayo, sauce, flakes etc made with it. Missed your live Sat, hopefully you'll do another soon.

I can never accept the number of servings that are stated on these packets. But that aside, it gives you a taste of something you may want to make yourself at a later date……in those same dishes! Topping up the dishes and cooking at 170C standard oven, - ON a baking sheet to stop ridging happening on the base from the hot rungs - then you’ll get two servings from it (?).
This looks very good! I'm not one for spicy, but if it is not too spicy, I would definitely try! I think you pronounce the chilis "puhkeeyo". How I cook, I do a combination of fresh with ready meals, or jars of sauce. Have to save money 💷 wherever you can!

Franks Red Hot sauce is the bomb mate, been using it for years and often brought a load back from the USA. Not seen it for a while here in the Land of Smiles but I usually stock up when I do see it, it is fantastic mixed with butter for making hot wings. In the states last time I was there they had ready mixed Bloody Mary's by Frank's Hot sauce, fantastic haha
A 25 kilo or half an hundredweight bag of tates costs more or less £5 here at the farm gate …… just saying, so 800 grams of food for two for £4.99 is a somewhat expensive in my opinion and it looked like a bland meal for one.
I had a great day. I went to Blackpool had a few pints and fish and chips and some candy floss. If I want to make my wedges crispy I rub a bit of oil and cook the higher temp. Then turn down.

Let's face it anyone can buy a bag spuds and make their own wedges and season them. The chicken dish would be easy using chicken thighs, some fresh chilli's, ( the name doesn't matter ), add a few other ingredients. I like to add water chestnuts for a bit of crunch. And BOOM, there you have a meal for 4 easy and half the price. 😋😋. Going off point for a second. I recently found something I've never seen before. It is called liquid smoke 🤔🤔. It's basically a sauce rub that you rub into your meat before oven cooking and your meat comes out with a BBQ, smokey flavour. Too good to be true?? Not at all, it really did what's on the tin, (well bottle). It comes in loads of different wood flavours. Imagine arranging a BBQ for the weekend and it Poor's down 😢😢. Rub this sauce into onto your meat and it will taste like it's just come off of the barbie, but cooked indoors in an oven. I suppose it's not to everyone's liking, as a lot of people just use the black stuff on a BBQ and don't use wood chips to add flavour. I actually used it on a cod fillet and it ended tasting pretty much Iike smoked cod, just not yellow.
Just had these last night. Zero spice, but very tasty. And the taties would be better cooked if you preheated the baking tray, as the instructions tell you.

We have hunters chicken chips at my work. Similar to to the sticky fries you did , but with chicken and bacon and bbq sauce and cheese melted on top . And this one ? Still similar but I have to say there’s still more to a portion than we cook than what you have have there . Pico de calo is salsa which cost not a lot to make .

I got Linda McCartney's 2 vegetarian mozzarella burgers, I got in LIDI, I thought they would be horrble but they never tasted that bad.
