Toilet (tank to bowl) gasket replacement

You know your stuff I have a wall switch that controls the ceiling fan soon as I turn on the wall switch it hesitates far as turning the light on in the ceiling fan so I think it might be a short in the ceiling fan how much do you charge to come down to my place and fix that
