I always wondered, if Raiden had second-thoughts after the Big Shell Incident of getting Nano Machines again. Quite frankly I would have stuck with traditional methods of communication cause if the AI was that advanced to have a mind of it's own, as well as being networked into virtually everything like Skynet what's to say it wouldn't keep tabs on him afterwards?
