Congrats on one million subscribers; you are now a millionaire!! Can this effect be done if the magician only uses a overhand shuffle? If you do not have time to aswear i will understand as you are traveling.Gary in dreamland. Have a nice dream!!!🙂☁️☁️☁️⛅💫🌟🌟🌟👉🍬🍬🍬🍬🍬
let's follow a random card from the spectator's pile. it can only be transferred to your pile after being turned over. if it wants to go back to the spectator's pile, it has to be turned over again. since each transfer from pile to pile equals exactly one flip of the card, it will always end up either in the spectator's pile in its original way or in your side turned over. vice versa for any card that starts from your pile. this means that after all the switches, you end up with a pile that consists of either cards that were in your pile originally and are now there still with their back sides up or cards that were originally in the spectator's pile and are now front sides up, while the spectator ends up with a mix of exactly the opposite. that may explain part of the trick.
Congratulations on 1 million subscribers of which I am proud to say I am one of them. I am also a member of your master class, which has helped me become a better magician, especially with cards as they happen to be my personal favorite of magic. It's a great milestone and proves that you have definitely made your mark in the magic world. I do remember this trick from 'way back ' as you say it and it is a real fooler. Congratulations again and keep the videos coming, which by the way are very professionally done, performed and explained.
This trick is absolutely insane that doesn't matter how the cards are shuffled it's still perfectly match the prediction if done right. Congrats on your 1M subs👍
Congratulations Oscar, keep doing what you're doing, your helping more people than Annoying certain people by revealing how the tricks are done, I think it's good to reveal them after a while, it makes them have to come up with new tricks, and not keep performing the same ones over and over again,
I'm very impressed that you actually talk like a regular guy. I always thought that you spoke like a movie trailer announcer. Dramatic and theatrical. I like both versions actually. Congratulations
since young i've always wanted to learn magic with cards and now i would say im pretty decent thanks to you. Thank you Oscar, and congratulations on 1 million subscribers!!
congratulations!!! U absolutely deserve the 1 million!!! I learned this trick 3 years ago on your chanel and its still so fooling to me even whem i´m self performing it. Love your work!!!
Oscar Owen thank you so much for all your magic trick! Congratulations on 1 million! I remember a year ago, I first saw ur channel, and you didn’t have 1m subs, congratulations 🎉
1 million followers is quite a feat to accomplish - good for you! Your videos are among the best out there because you make them interesting, educational & with a mysterious feel during your presentation.
The way it works is that since you always flip the cards before you give it to the spectator, and they do the same, and since you also flip either your own or the spectators piles you make sure that the cards you have in your pile is always in the opposite direction as the ones in the spectators pile. It gets easier to understand if you divide the deck into 2 parts where you have all the black cards and the spectator have all the red cards. As long as you always flip the cards before handing half the cards over to the spectator every single face up card in your pile will be red and every face up card in their pile will be black. So basically when you give them cards you give them black cards face up, and when they would give these cards back to you then turn them face down again. Its a really cool trick, and its not at all apparent how it works when you first see it. And it 100% fooled me the first time I saw it.
@@MarcWilsonActual it should work either way as long as the orientation of the cards remain the same. Edit: and by the same I just mean that they get rotated as you hand half the pile over.
Wow, thanks Oscar for this amazing trick. I have a very small routine of tricks I like to perform to people, only ones that are very good and this will be one that goes with it.
Wowwwwwww I CANT SAY ANYTHING DUDE... THAT MAGIC TRICK SOOOOOOOO AMAZING BRO :) dude for real U ARE MY MAGIC IDOL !!!! I have been watching u when I'm still in secondary school until now I'm on college dude ... U ARE AMAZING BRO
Congrats on 1 Million..that’s awesome…I have loved this trick since I saw Dan White perform his version of this trick on Jimmy Fallon’s show-he called it “chaos into order” -his was a little bit different at the beginning as he shuffled the cards and then did a sneaky deck switch….love your channel and your videos👍👍👍
I've seen this trick before and it's cool. Tricks with a set up and where you can't shuffle first can be a pain for tougher audiences I find but it's still a cool one to know
that was a pretty good card trick, it is not a quickk snappy one but an intellegent routine that you can play with to make as long or short as you wish. thanks i will play with that .
10x8(to the 67th power) is the est. # of ways to shuffle a deck. That's an eight followed by 67 zeros ! ! !. Grip your mind around that number. I love this card trick... Perhaps my favorite card trick of all time. I also set up the red cards using the even card's.. both jacks both Kings and the Queen of hearts and put that in my prediction as well. Without the secret setup this trick is nearly mathematically impossible... You'd have better luck winning the Powerball Lottery over a million times. And yes super congratulations on 1 million sir.
To a physicist, this trick is simply an aspect of the conservation of mass. There is a well-known 'experimental version': take a litre of water and a litre of ink. Take a spoonful of ink and put it into the water. Then take a spoonful of the 'contaminated' water and put it into the ink. A student is then asked whether there is more ink in the water or more water in the ink. A bright student realises that they are equal, and it does not even matter whether the water is stirred or not after adding the ink. Less bright students can then be convinced by ... using playing-cards.
I found a really cool way of showing "except the ace of spades" I know this works on iPhones with IOS 16 I don't know if it works on anything else, but in messages, have a friend text you "except the ace of spades" after so, you can click and hold down on that persons contact in messages and click "mark as unread" then when you do the trick before you start just tell the spectators that you got a text and you will look at it later, then show the audience at the end the text message while its unread... p.s. great trick its really fun to do...
Congratulations again Oscar. I always wonder which trick fooled you. Thanks for the video. Next step 2m. We can do this. 😊 (Omg I tried now btw I am terrible about faro shuffle rarely all card mix up one by one but it work. Also I respect you again Oscar. Because other card tricks on this channel when I watch the tutorial section some part doesnt seems fair. But this trick we shuffled again again everything seems perfectly fair. You need to just ace of club position flip to deck. Its imposible the understand spectator side. Its very normal to fool you. This trick amazing. Thank you so much)
To be honest I knew this one already its one of my favorites people get fooled all the time. But I added something. I would force the ace of spades before the trick and it makes it more interesting. Please reply what you think🔥😍
Hi Oscar. Who invented this effect. I have looked and could not find any credit to any one person. Some one had said it is similar in nature to Shuffle-Bored by Simon Aronson????
This is the best magic trick I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hv seen this trick before. But because of the counting and the way it was presented even then by aronson, i was never astounded by the trick. A self working trick rarely does it for me because of the elaborate counting.

Congratulations on 1 million subscribers. That's a amazing accomplishment! If anyone is interested I just started a card magic channel.
Awsome
To be honest, Since 2017 I'd always wanted a trick that would fool Oscar Owen and here it is
Same

This trick blew my mind the first time I did it. I didn't know it was self working, I just did it according to a performance I saw and it worked!
it wont work
This trick is absolutely insane that doesn't matter how the cards are shuffled it's still perfectly match the prediction if done right. Congrats on your 1M subs👍

This card trick is awesome. It baffled me completely when I saw it. Great work!
1 million followers is quite a feat to accomplish - good for you! Your videos are among the best out there because you make them interesting, educational & with a mysterious feel during your presentation.
I remember doing this trick years ago infront of my family (learnt from you) and I wrote on my t shirt. "Exsept for the ace of spades"
you help me so much in magic. Congrats on 1 million!
I'm happy for you that you have made this awesome milestone! Thank you for your time and effort!
Brilliant effect, it's a variation of Aldo Colombini"s Pre-deck-tion and it's absolutely jaw dropping
It's actually Simon Aranson's 'Shuffleboard" routine.
That has absolutely blown my mind.!! Really appreciated.! Congratulations on a M subscribers..! Bless up bro 👊
I was going to use a different trick for the talent show but now I am using this trick thank you
Congrats on the 1 million subs, Oscar!
I remember seeing this back when you uploaded it. It is an amazing trick!
im really bad at memory and stuff but i got a lot of technical trick i can't do this one but i will keep practicing congrat for 1m :D
What a great trick! Simple to perform yet absolutely mystifying
The way it works is that since you always flip the cards before you give it to the spectator, and they do the same, and since you also flip either your own or the spectators piles you make sure that the cards you have in your pile is always in the opposite direction as the ones in the spectators pile.

Its a really cool trick, and its not at all apparent how it works when you first see it. And it 100% fooled me the first time I saw it.
Does that mean you need to do an even number of shuffles for this to work? Thanks.
@@MarcWilsonActual it should work either way as long as the orientation of the cards remain the same.
Edit: and by the same I just mean that they get rotated as you hand half the pile over.
@@khurgar8120 thank you! I meant to ask, does it have to be an even number of exchanges. I'm guessing not.
@@MarcWilsonActual not it doesnt matter.
Congrats on 1M. I am only 1 of that 1 M but every 1 counts to get to that 1 M.
Wow, thanks Oscar for this amazing trick. I have a very small routine of tricks I like to perform to people, only ones that are very good and this will be one that goes with it.

Good job Oscar! Great trick!
If he tricked us during one of these tutorials it would be hilarious
i watched the first time you uploaded this trick! It is one of my favorite tricks to perform! I also figured out how it works.
You could also probably use it as a super convoluted reveal with the set deck.
You are the best card magician I have ever witnessed
I love your videos go on !!!!!!!
This is absolutely brilliant.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Oscar Owen can you do the clip shift?
You're the best magician who taught the best 🤗👍

You're welcome
another banger magic vid. Nice job Oscar!
