The OnionOS custom firmware makes the Miyoo Mini & MM+ truly brilliant. I wish that operating system was available on a superior console. Until then, my Miyoos get more play than my other better built retro handhelds.
@@KillSwitch80 lol I feel you, my steam deck has yet to see the light of day as well but the MM+ and my previous RP3+ were on the beach with me daily. Sand probably contributed to the downfall of the triggers.
if yall are watching a bunch of videos trying to pick which one let me tell you the miyoo mini plus is it just make sure you get onion and a new sd but after that man this thing is a blast
Beautiful device, but after I installed Onion OS (4.3.1-1) and got all my ROMS setup ready sometimes (just sometimes) the SD card doesn't get recognized and the Miyoo Mini Plus starts the stock firmware, is there a reason for this? I have to reboot it or get the SD card out and slot it in again and then it launches correctly. Is there some brand of SD card model that works just perfect for this issue? is kinda frustrating. Im using a Kingston Canvas Select Plus 64gb (A1). The irony is that with the stock card that the Miyoo came works better the Onion OS frontend XD.

I really love the 353v. Also I don’t think the miyoo screen is smaller. The 353v just has bigger bezels I believe.
@@turnbasedtoddy7664 lol I’m getting measuring tape to settle this once and for all but you may be right
@@RaineyRetro lol that would be awesome! Finally settle the age old question.
Both are 3.5" so even if they are different sizes it's negligible

Great console for playing GBA, NES, SNES, PS1. Idk if it supports ports. I can play ports like Stardew or TMNT Shredder's Revenge on my RG35XX+
I have Sonic Mania and Vvvvvv ports on my miyoo mini plus. It works perfectly.
Worth it over the ipad and iphone? Im after one that plays ps2 tbh
You're going to want something with analogs for PS2 games this isn't it
Yeah i'm sold
Good device but ergonomics are terrible for adults better to just get a horizontal handheld.
@fuzzywuzzy0549 RG35XXH, RG40XXH, RG405M, RG353M, RG353P, RG ARC, RP2S.. and many more. Plenty of horizontal options in 4:3 aspect ratio.
Well at least they stole a broken device haha
from where download psx games compatible with miyoo mini+ like crash?
